We have a 30 day return policy for unused goods and change of mind siuatutions 

If the goods are faulty we will pay for shipping 

If you change your mind you will be responsble to arrange for the goods to be returned to us. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

Get Gripped will endeavour to make any returns/exchanges as easy as possible.

In the event that you wish to only exchange the same product with size or colour, simply send an email to sales@getgripped.com requesting your new preference. A team member will reply within 24-48hrs of receiving your email. If you're not happy with your purchase, please return the original item/s for a refund and place a new order online for the correct item/s.

All eligible item/s returned, will have the value of the items refunded back to the original payment method (excluding shipping fees if applicable).

Please note that customers are responsible for covering any fees associated in returning their product/s. We strongly recommend customers use a shipping service that comes with traceability, to ensure safe and secure delivery. Get Gripped will not be liable for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

 

STEPS TO BEGIN A RETURN

1. Please ensure items being returned adhere to our Returns Policy.

2. We will respond within 24-48 hours and provide you with a RMA form along with instructions.

3. Fill out our RMA form and include it with the original items that are being returned. We recommend customers return items via a traceable or registered method.

4. Once we have received your return, and if the items adhere to our returns policy, we will process your refund back to your original payment method, typically within 24-48 business hours and notify you via email.
