How to use lifting straps?
It is easy, but you must do it correctly.
How to:
- First, slide one end of the strap through the loop opening at the other end to make a circle.
- Then slide the circle loop onto your wrist.
Make sure that the long end of the strap is aligned with the direction of your thumb. - Grab the weight bar. Then, loop the belt tightly around the bar. Secure your grip and lift.
