How to use lifting straps?

It is easy, but you must do it correctly.

How to:

1. First, slide one end of the strap through the loop opening at the other end to make a circle. 
2. Then slide the circle loop onto your wrist.
   Make sure that the long end of the strap is aligned with the direction of your thumb. 
3. Grab the weight bar. Then, loop the belt tightly around the bar. Secure your grip and lift.
